About these terms

These terms cover use of this website. Use of VIXIP apps is covered by the subscription agreement agreed when you subscribe. VIXIP LTD, company number 17469122, 7 Bell Yard, London, England, WC2A 2JR.

Invitation-only access and trial

Registration to VIXIP Core is by invitation. Approved organisations receive free access to Core and a read-only demonstration of the apps for three days. After that, continued use of the apps requires a paid subscription. We may decline any request.

Prices

Prices on this website are monthly, in pounds sterling, and exclude VAT. Prices shown for products marked as in development are planned and may change. Pricing information does not constitute an order.

Availability

Descriptions of product features are provided in good faith. Products marked as basic or in development may not include every capability described for the finished product.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or unlawful information through its forms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, the website is provided as is, and VIXIP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
