Paid pilots

£250–£500 per month for 8–12 weeks. Modules, sites, limits, dates and exact price are agreed in an approved offer. Not a free trial. Post-pilot pricing needs agreement before conversion.

Onboarding

Indicative £1,500–£5,000 one-off, quoted for configuration, imports and training. Never added automatically to subscriptions.

Founding customers

An approved discount of up to 20% on eligible recurring software for the first 12 months. Default zero; no stacking or permanent discount. Taxes, third-party fees and onboarding are excluded.

Custom development

Separate quotation and approval. Subscriptions do not include unlimited bespoke work, storage or support. Supported integrations and service commitments are agreed explicitly.
